Academic Advising Teams Chat
Advisors are available to chat with students with an active UO email address between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Chats occur through Microsoft Teams, which is free to use for all UO students. You may download and install the Microsoft Teams application or log-in through the online web browser application with your Duck ID and password.
Use chat for quick questions like follow-ups, finding resources, registration issues, or locating major requirements. For schedule planning, petitions, academic standing, application questions, study abroad, or more in-depth conversations, please schedule a 30-minute appointment.

Note: Due to high traffic, advisor response may be delayed.
