The annual A&AA Majors Fair is scheduled this year for Thursday, October 23, from 4-6 p.m. in Lawrence Hall. The event offers a relaxed atmosphere where all undecided, “redeciding” and exploring students can speak personally with faculty members, professional advisers, and student representatives from A&AA.

“This event provides an excellent opportunity for students to find how their passions can fit into their education and future career. It’s an open environment where students can explore all that we have to offer in the School of Architecture and Allied Arts,” said Amy Pinkston, the event coordinator.

Attendees can learn about academic areas of study and how to apply to become a major or a minor in A&AA. Students may also learn about the school’s many study-abroad opportunities, and find out about internships and other career-related options.

All students are encouraged to attend. There will be short presentations from each department along with tables staffed with faculty members, staff, and current students. And the best part—free pizza!
